6 medium green peppers
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups stewed tomatoes
2 cups tomato juice
3/4 cup precooked rice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off tops of green peppers, remove seeds. Brown meat and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer until rice is almost tender (about 5 minutes). Add cheese, mix well. Stuff peppers. Place upright in baking dish. Pour tomato juice around peppers. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
