1 pound hamburger 1 green pepper, chopped 2 cups celery, chopped 3 cups raw rice 1 pound hot sausage 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 cups green onions, chopped
Bring 8 cups of water and 1 tablespoon salt to a boil. Add rice. Cover. Bring back to a full boil. Turn off heat. Leave covered on burner for 30 minutes. Sauté meat. Sauté vegetables. Combine with cooked rice.
