1 medium size cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 15-ounce can stewed tomatoes, chopped fine
1 8-ounce cab tomato sauce
1 can sauerkraut juice (more if desired)
1 pound ground chuck, browned and drained
1 small onion, chopped
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder, to taste

Use a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Alternate layers of cabbage, ground chuck, rice, onion with seasonings and tomato sauce and juice mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
