1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
1 8-ounce can tomato soup
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed oregano
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg
4 veal cutlets, cut 1/4 inch thick (about 1 pound)
3 ounces sliced Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, dash of pepper in saucer combine egg and water. Dip veal in egg mixture and coat with crumb mixture. Arrange veal in 12x8x2 inch baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20 minutes. Turn meat and bake until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, sugar and onion salt and heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Pour sauce over meat in the baking dish. Top with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven to melt cheese for 1 to 2 minutes more.
