3 1/2 to 4 pound chuck roast, salted, peppered and sprinkled with garlic powder
4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 large carrots, peeled
1 can Campbell's French onion soup
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet or in oven. Place in roaster and put carrots around it. Mix soups, flour and water and pour over roast and carrots. Cover and bake at 350 for one hour. Add potatoes and continue baking, covered for another 1/2 to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
