3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
enough chicken broth to cover
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Tony's
butter spray
2-3 celery stalks, chopped fine
curry to taste
mayonnaise
1/2 red onion, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the breasts in chicken broth seasoned with salt and pepper. Reserve liquid. While chicken is boiling, spread pecans onto a cookie sheet, spray with butter, season with salt, pepper, and Tony's. Roast in a 350 oven - do not burn. Chop into smaller pieces once cooled. When chicken has cooled, shred the chicken into a medium or large bowl. Add pecans, celery, onion, salt, pepper, Tony's, garlic powder and curry. Add enough mayonnaise to your liking and mix well. Serve on croissant with a pasta salad and grapes.
