1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 c. can milk
1 pkg. chopped broccoli thawed or fresh cooked
8 oz. velveeta cheese



Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Add cheese until melted. Then combine all ingredients; stir well, put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
