Beef Soup Bones
2 qt. water or enough to cover
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1/2-1 stem celery
Salt
Black Pepper
1/2 c. Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients in a pot. (I sometimes add a beef boullion cube also.) Cook until meat is tender and comes off the bone easily. Remove meat from pot, let cool and cut meat in bite size pieces. Strain broth & pour back into pot, bring to boil and add about 1/2 cup rice and cook till rice is done. Add the meat pieces and bring to a boil. Then serve
