2 cups crushed Caesar salad croutons
cup butter, melted
cup Parmasean cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese chopped into 1/2" cubes
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, chopped into 1/2" cubes
cup onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
5 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix croutons and butter and press into a 9" pie plate. Combine spinach and parmesean cheese in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and pour into piecrust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set. After you take it out of the oven, sprinkle about two tablespoons Parmesan cheese on pie.
