1 c. cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 T. flour
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, cream and vinegar together. Stir sugar and flour together and whisk into liquid. Place in heavy saucepan and cook, stirring continuously until it boils.

Mom make this dressing, placed in a container in the refrigerator and used for a variety of salads.
