1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 cup flour
1 can evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Add flour, milk, egg yolks, red pepper, and bell pepper. Mix thoroughly. Cook for 5 minutes. Add crabmeat. Pour into greased dish. Top with grated cheese. Cook for 10-15 minutes in 375 oven.
