Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
dash of salt

Cream sugar and butter, blend in egg.
Add vanilla and peanut butter.
Sift the dry ingredients and blend.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or longer.
Roll into small balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Lightly press with two fingers to flatten slightly

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 325
