2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
3 cups shredded carrots
Raisins or nuts ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add eggs and then carrots. Add raisins and nuts if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 mins. in greased cake pan.

Frost with cream cheese frosting
