4 Vidalia onions 2 beef bouillion cubes 4 pats butter salt and pepper 4 strips bacon
Peel onions and partially core. In each core, place a pat of butter, half boullion cube. Salt and pepper and wrap a strip of bacon around top of onion. Place onions in shallow baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours.
