2 cups pecan halves 3 T. butter salt to taste pepper to taste Tony's to taste
Preheat oven to 300º, melt butter in a 8x8 pan. Add pecans and coat well. Add seasonings. Roast on low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Pour onto paper towels to remove excess butter. Cool and store in air tight container.
