1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp. pure vanilla
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, vanilla and water in black skillet on high temp and cook until it becomes a thick boil and reduces to half the amount. Add pecans and stir until it begins to sugar. Remove from heat and continue to stir until pecans are coated with sugar. Pour out on wax paper, separate with fork.
