6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup butter, softened
4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar (must be sifted, may need a little more)
2/3 cup good-quality unsweetened baking cocoa, sifted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese with butter until smooth. Add in all remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and fluffy. Add in more cream or confectioners sugar as needed until desired consistency is achieved.
