6 cups boiling water
2 tbsp better than bouillon vegetarian no chicken base
1/2 bag Butler soy curls
2 tbsp peanut oil

1 cup fresh green beans
1 large red pepper sliced
1 cup fresh broccoli
1 cup carrots chopped
5 red dry chili peppers seeded and chopped

sauce
1 cup Tamari or Braggs liquid aminos
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
6 tsp garlic chili paste
2/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
6 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp sugar

4 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts for garnish

Directions:
Boil the water and bouillon remove from stove . Put soy curls in a dish a pour the water over them. soak for about 20 min. Drain ans squeeze out excess liquid . Fry them in 1 tbsp peanut oil until browned . Remove from pan and set aside. Add your veggies. chili pepper and the other 1 tbsp of peanut oil and saute your veggies are lightly .Whisk the sauce mixture add to the pan along with soy curls and simmer on low heat about 20 min.
