1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese
1/8 lb. Blue Cheese
1 pkg. old rat cheese
1 lb Sharp Cheddar

Soften, grate, and blend together. A meat grinder can be used. Add Worstershire Sauce and garlic powder to taste. Mold with your hands in a ball. Roll ball into chili powder and refrigerate.

This recipe was one that Daddy's sister, Carmen Davis Boatwright made year after year for all of our Christmas parties at the house. It was delicious! Mother always asked Aunt Carmen to bring this when she offered to help with food! It was one of many great dishes she made.
