1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup White Corn Syrup
1 cup Roasted Salted Peanuts

1 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1-1/2 Quart Casserole without Lid combine sugar and white corn syrup. Stir and microwave for 4 minutes. Stir in 1 cup of peanuts.

Microwave 3-5 minutes until light brown. Take out of microwave.

Add butter and vanilla, then stir.

Microwave 1-2 minutes more

Add baking soda (gets foamy)

Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Pour fast and smooth out quickly.

Cool for 1/2 to 1 hour.
