Ingredients:
4 oz. chilled Champagne (or Prosecco)
1 oz. Cognac
1 Sugar Cube
3 drops of Angostura Bitters

Directions:
Drop bitters onto the sugar cube and allow to soak in.

Place the sugar cube in a champagne flute, add cognac and top with Champagne. Celebrate!

I have also made this drink with Maker's Mark, Bulleit Bourbon and Rye, all with pleasing results. The only thing I would suggest you avoid is using a Champagne or Prosecco which is sweet.
