1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Light Rum
.5 oz. Champagne (or Prosecco)

Directions:
Directions:
Add ice to a tall glass.

Add the cranberry juice, orange juice, coconut rum, dark rum and light rum in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake well and pour into glass.
Pour the Champagne on the top and enjoy!

Use Malibu for the coconut rum and Bacardi for the light and dark rum.

This recipe comes from Peaches the restaurant on Lewis avenue and it's one of their most popular drinks.
Because it's mostly a ratio of equal parts (one oz. of this, one oz. of that...) this is easy to make on a larger scale. Just change the oz. to a cup and you have a party!
