Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 box of puff pastry
- 1 container of extra firm tofu
- 1½ cups of gravy
- 2 cups of your favorite prepared stuffing (mom's is the best tbh)

*ingredients for one sheet of pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and put in fridge overnight.

Drain and slice the tofu into ½ inch squares. Mix some flour with salt and pepper and coat the tofu in it. Fry the coated tofu until golden brown and leave it dry on a rack or plate with paper towel. Don't eat all the tofu before you assemble Tunde!

Take the puff pastry from the fridge and open it. It should be indented into thirds already. If not note that the middle will be for the stuffing and the sides will fold over on top. Start by spooning stuffing onto the pastry. Next add gravy, then tofu, then gravy on top of that. You will probably have room for 1 more layer of all three. Fold the sides of the pastry over on top and pinch the open sides and top with your fingers. You can brush with an egg wash if you like (1 egg and a bit of water and whisk together)

Bake at 375º for 30mins until the pastry is puffy and golden brown.

Much yum!!
