2 lbs Honey.
1/2 cup Hibiscus Flowers- food grade
Champagne Yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Sterilize your fermenter.

Heat honey in sink ( still in the Jar ) till it is warmed through. Pour into sterilized Jar.

Add 1/2 cup of Hibiscus floers.

Fill with warm water till almost full. Leave a little head space.

Let cool, then add yeats on top.

Screw on lid with air cock.

Place in cool dark place for up to a year.
