3-4 Chicken Breast’s, cooked and chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
Half jar green tomatillo sauce
6-8 flour or white corn tortillas
2 cups shredded Colby-Jack or mozzarella cheese (something easily melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup 7 tomatillo sauce in bowl, set aside. Place half the chicken in bottom of crock pot, pour half the sauce over chicken, layer 3-4 tortillas on top to complete cover, sprinkle half the cheese on top. Repeat layers, place lid on crock pot. Cook on high for 1 1/2 hrs. Or until heated throughout with cheese melted.

I have made this in a casserole in the oven, but I think it’s better in the crock pot! You can’t get much easier than this. Top with salsa depending on your desired level of heat! We like it “hot”!
