"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Note: These can be made either on the stove top or on the BBQ. I prefer the BBQ it adds to the flavor.
In a large bowl combine the hamburger meat, BBQ sauce, and the eggs. Chop up ¾ of your onion into diced pieces. Sauté them in a pan with butter until caramelized along with your crushed garlic and add mushrooms. Add this mixture to your hamburger meat. Mesh all together with your hands until combined well, just like how you would make a meatloaf. Form into 4 hamburger patties. Prepare your toppings while your grill is preheating. Chop the rest of your onion up, your tomatoes, and avocado. Prepare your sauce. Combine the ketchup, mayonnaise, crushed garlic and salt in pepper together in a bowl. Once your grill is heated grill until there is just a little bit of pink in the middle of the meat. Then everything is ready to go! Pile your toppings onto your bun and sauce.

I love barbequing and what makes it more fun than spending the time with your family and friends doing it and including some music on a nice summer day. For this I recommend something fun with a great beat. I’d suggest listening to In the Summertime by Jerry Mungo.
“We love everybody but we do as we please
When the weather's fine
We go fishin' or go swimmin' in the sea
We're always happy
Life's for livin' yeah, that's our philosophy.” – Lyrics Taken from In the Summertime

In the photo above it has my mom Joann, Tyson and Gene. We had a great BBQ that day.
