1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 package instant banana flavor pudding mix (4 serving size)
2 cups (16 oz) Whipping Cream
1 large box Vanllla Wafers
3 medium bananas
Lemon juice from concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Then add pudding mix; beat well. Put bowl in refrigerator and chill for 5 minutes.
Since bananas in a small bowl, pour a small amount of lemon juice on them and stir around to coat them.
Remove the pudding mixture from the refrigerator and fold in the whipping cream until smooth.
In a 2 1/2 quart serving bowl arrange a layer of wafers on the bottom and along the wall. Add 1/3 the pudding / cream mixture, cover with 1/3 the bananas, then wafers. Repeat. Then repeat if needed. The last layer of wafers can be either whole or crushed.
Chill before and after serving.
Note 1: When doubling use only a 12 oz tub of whipping cream and an additional half a box of wafers but double all other ingredients.
Note 2: Do not let the bananas be exposed. The lemon juice slows down the banana aging, but it does not stop it. Exposure to the air increases the aging process.
