Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 Large artichokes with steams

For the dip:
1 Cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Shredded Tilamook Cheddar
1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
My husband and I like to use the large long stemmed artichokes. You can use whatever kind you like. If you use the long stem artichokes you have to peel off the skin of the stem with a knife and detach from the flower. The inside of the stem tastes similar to the heart. Yum. Boil your artichokes in water for about an hour and a half and let cool.

Combine all the ingredients together for your dip and enjoy!
