1½ cups Hodgson Mill Oat Bran
1½ cups Hodgson Mill Wheat Flour
½ Tbs baking powder
½ tsp and ¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
4 egg whites, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
2½ Tbs oil
½ cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Combine the 5 dry ingredients and mix together. Mix egg whites, buttermilk, oil and honey together. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well. Fill lightly greased muffing tins ⅔ full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
I added chopped dates- very good.
