Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees

Start out by making your sauce. Ground your sausage, garlic, and onions in olive oil until brown and strain. In large pot combine with meat and all your other ingredients and simmer on low. Garlic salt and pepper to taste.
In a food processor or blender combine your garlic, onions, Thai chilies, parsley, and chicken stock. Puree. Then in a large bowl add your meat, your mixture from your processor, your bread crumbs, crushed red pepper, eggs and cheese. Mix together as you would prepare a meatloaf and form into about 2 inch size balls. Put in the bottom of a 9 inch by 13 inch pan and bake for about 45 minutes to an hour or until brown at 375 degrees. Add your meatballs to the sauce and poor over your noodles. Make sure to have a yummy salad with it and garlic bread!

For this I recommend listening to “We Will Rock You” – By Queen
“Buddy you're a young man hard man
Shoutin' in the street gonna take on the world some day
You got blood on yo' face
You big disgrace
Wavin' your banner all over the place
We will we will rock you”

Personal Notes:
My mom loved these meatballs! Some of my best memories with her were Saturday mornings when we would do chores believe it or not. She would always have good music blaring! Some of her choices were Queen, Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi, The Temptations, and Garth Brooks.

Above is a picture of her will Melody Hurt when she was probably only a few months old. She loved Melody so much. She called her "baby girl". She used to clean her toys up for her and got them "ready" for when she got home. She cared for her in her first few months she was born.
