Personal Notes:
This was inspired by my Mother in Laws Thanksgiving stuffing recipe that our family loves. It was March and I was craving it. I was trying to think of a way to have something similar and that's when I came up with a meatloaf version.

I'll never forget one of the Thanksgiving's that she came over and we started cooking at 6 AM and she decided she wanted a Coor's light. It's tradition to start the cooking with a Coor's light now.
