Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9-12 Cooked Lasagna Noodles
For the filling:
1 Package Frozen Spinach
1 8 oz Package of Mushrooms
1 Jar of Artichoke Hearts
12 Cloves of Garlic Minced
1 12 oz Bag Italian Cheese Blend
For the Sauce:
12 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
1 8 oz Bag Shredded Parmesan Cheese
½ Stick of Tillamook Butter
1 Shallot Minced
3 Cloves of Garlic Minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

Make your sauce first. Add butter, shallot and garlic and sauté until soft. Then add heavy whipping cream and bring to a boil. Reduce your heat and stir in cheese until it makes a thick sauce. Take off heat to cool.
For your filling sauté all of your vegetables and garlic together. Use ¾ of your bag of cheese and mix into your mixture of vegetables. Take off of heat.

Poor a small amount of sauce into the bottom of a 9 in by 13 in pan just to coat the bottom. Pour the rest of your sauce into your vegetable mixture leaving just a little bit for the top of your lasagna. Lay 3 noodles side by side. Layer your vegetable, cheese, and sauce mixture on top. Add your next three noodles. You should be able to get 3 layers by using nine noodles. If you have enough go for twelve. When you get to the top of your noodles lay the rest of your sauce and cheese on top.

Cook for 45 minutes to an hour or until golden brown on top.

Personal Notes:
I call this dish my masterpiece. For this I wanted to pick a special song. This is one of the songs my husband and I did our dance to at our wedding. I recommend “This is it” by Michael Jackson.

“Ready? 1,2,3,4
This is it, Here I stand
I'm the light of the world
I'll feel grand
Got this love, I can feel
And I know, Yes for sure
It is real.”

My husband and I had the most beautiful wedding. He proposed to me during a blue moon on New Year's Eve at midnight. He played "Humane Nature" by Michael Jackson when he proposed. Of course I said yes and have been happily married to him since 8/14/2010.
