2 teaspoons Dijon Style Mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 minced scallions
6 Tablespoons Olive or Vegetable Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 Tablespoon dried

Combine all ingredients in a jar--shake until mixed and chill at least 2 hours before using.
