1 lb. sausage, hot or regular
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 eggs
6 slices cubed bread
1/2 cup cubed cheese
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Mix other ingredients together and add sausage. It will look disgusting, but don't worry because once it cooks, it's fine. Put into a casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes, then uncovered at 325 for 15 minutes.
