Pitlai Podi

Separately fry each ingredients and keep
Gingili oil + 3 tsp Dania + 4 red chilly+ 1 tsp channa dal+ 2 or 3 tsp coconut fry well + hing
Powder well make a dry powder and keep

1. Prepare Toor dall 2 handful - 4 whistle
2. Pavakai thin slices add salt 2 spoons add curd mix well - 30 mins to be soaked
3. Add oil and deep fry pavakai now
4. Oil + curry leaf+ pavakai fried + puli water+ jagerry
5. Now add toor dal
6. Take a bowl 2 tsp pitlai podi add water and mix well
7. Then add in pan
8. 1 tsp gingili oil and hing salt .
9. Stove off
