1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 lbs. chicken tenders
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
12-16 oz. sliced ham
12 oz. sliced Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a large Ziploc freezer bag. Rinse chicken and add to bag, a few pieces at a time. Seal bag and shake to coat. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook tenders 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done. Lay cooked tenders in a large baking pan. Arrange strips of ham over chicken and top each with 1/2 cheese slice. Broil for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
