1 cup Karo syrup

1 cup sugar

4 egg whites

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine Karo and sugar and cook until sugar is dissolved.

In a double boiler, or a bowl over boiling water beat with a mixer for 10 minutes. Slowly pour the

syrup

mixture into the egg whites. Beat until egg whites are thick.
