7 Layer Sald Recipe

1 head of luttuce
1 cup chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs sliced
1 10 ox pkg of frozen peas
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 med onion chopped
8 slices of bacon crooked to crispy and set aside

Dressing Topping
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
2 tbs sugar

Layer in 9 by 13 dish - luttuce, celery, eggs, peas,
peppers, onion, bacon. Combine dressing and spread over top of salad. Sprinkle with chedder cheese and a little more crispy bacon.

Chill overnight covered
