1 roll ritz crackers
1 lg zucchini squash
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg. sharp shredded chedder cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Par boil squash with onion until tender.

Melt butter in bottom of 8 by 8 baking dish.

Layer crumbled ritz crackers in bottom of 8 by 8 baking dish. Add squash and onion. Top with more crackers. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake
350 degrees 15 minutes
