1 stick butter
8 tbsp. Wondra flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cup milk

5-6 c diced turkey breast
parsley
salt
pepper

5 eggs
dash of water
Seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:

Heat milk and stick of butter. Whisk flour and salt and pepper into milk. Cool. Set one cup aside for gravy.

In Large bowl place turkey and spices. Pour white sauce over tuukey and mix to a creamy consistency,

Have egg and water in one bowl, bread crumbs in another. Take ice cream scoop size batter and roll into bread crumbs. Then dip in egg mixture and roll again in bread crumbs shaping into a ball.

In heated oil, brown and crisp on all sides.
