2 cans beef consomme soup
1 cans mushrooms with juice
1 cup uncooked rice
1 stick butter
11 can sliced water chestnuts
onion
1 cup diced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in 3 qt baking dish. Bake at
400 degrees covered for 45 minutes. Stir to fluff.
Bake 15 more minutes
