Ingredients: 2 cups finely chopped and peeled tomatoes I cup of each of the following: green pepper celery cucurnber 1/2 cup of green onion (including green part) Note l: I like the veggies fairly chunky, so I hand slice. Some people like them more finely chopped. Donot use a food processor - veggies get too watery. 4 teaspoons snipped parsely 2 teaspoons snipped chives 2 small garlic cloves, minced 2-4 tablespoons of olive oil ( use about 2T; some people like more) * 6 tablespoons wine vinegar 2 teaspoons salt I teaspoon freshly ground pepper I Tablespoon Worschester sauce * 4-6 cups of a combination of Mr. And Mrs. T Bloody Mary Mix and Tomato Juice Note 2: I usually use3/4 tomato juice to 1/4 M/MT - if you like spicier, up the poportion of the M/M T. Horseradistr and dill to taste

Directions:1) mix all ingredients together except for horseradish and dill 2) chill covered for at least 4 hours and up to 8 3) season to taste with horseradish and dill 4) serve chilled |
