1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 cups leftover cut up cooked turkey or chicken
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup cooked mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked instant rice ( 1 cup of instant rice add 1 cup water let absorb to make 2 cups)
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 box Stove Top for Turkey or Chicken
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. summer savory

Directions:

Saute cut up onion and celery in a little oil.
Mix all the next 9 ingredients together, will look runny until the stovetop absorbs the liquid.
Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
