Directions:
Use a sharp knife or kitchen sheers to cut the lobster tails from the top to the tail (do not cut through the tail) Put your finger through the bottom of the lobster and pull the meat through the cut. Please the meat on top of the lobster tail and fan the tail out so it looks pretty.
Please 1 tsp. of Butter on top of each tail and cook for approximately 20 minutes in a 500º oven or until the meat becomes white and firm. If it is still translucent and soft, cook a few minutes longer.
After the lobster is done, sprinkle the paprika on top of the lobster meat.
Melt butter while lobster is cooking. After the butter melts, sprinkle the parsley on top of the butter.

NOTE: Add garlic to the butter if you prefer garlic butter.
Also, larger or smaller lobsters may cook faster or longer.

I learned how to cook lobster while going to work with mom at her different jobs as a chef and she made it at home on special occasions.
Thank you mom for bringing lobster into our lives! Colleen
