Hard boil eggs (Medium boil 10 mins) 6 eggs
Cover with cold water and set aside.

Take 2 cups vinager, 1 cup water, sliced onions
2 cans of pickled beets

You may reuse the liquid mixture several times with fresh eggs

Mix water, onions, pickled beets, vinager in large
plastic or glass jar.

Place peeled hard boiled eggs in liquid and set aside in referigerator 48 or more hours. The longer the better.
