1 lb ground beef, browned
1onion
2 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 can white kidney beans, drained, rinsed
6 cups beef broth
3 tsp parsley flakes
1 can (24oz) diced tomatoes
½ tsp tabasco sauce
640 ml Spaghetti sauce (use your favorite brand)
4 oz dry small pasta shells, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Add all (except pasta shells, add at the end after cooking separate) to crockpot.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.

This is a very thick soup. When kevin went back for his second bowl I knew it was a keeper.
