1 ¾ cups warm water
1 ½ T yeast
1 ½ T sugar
2 tsp salt
¼ cup oil
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water yeast and sugar and let rise for 5 minutes. Add salt, oil and flour until it pulls away from the side of the bowl. (If mixing by hand, add flour until you can handle the dough.) Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with a towel. Let rise to the top of the bowl.

Spread flour on the counter and roll out the dough to desired thickness. Cut into pieces with a pizza cutter. Fry in 1" of oil that has been heated to 375º. Set on paper towels to drain excess grease.
