1 egg 1 egg yolk 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar Extract optional
Whip all ingredients together until smooth and free of lumps. Pour thin layer of batter into a buttered skillet or frying pan. Flip when lightly browned. Spread with jam, jelly or roll up stuffed with your favorite fillings and cover with light sauce.
