1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk, room temperature
1 egg at room temperature
FILLING
1-28 ounce can sliced peaches, drained
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 X 13 pan, melt butter
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt
Stir in milk and egg, mix to combine
Pour evenly over melted butter
In another bowl, combine peaches, sugar and spices
Spread this over batter
DO NOT STIR
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes OR
Until batter comes to the top and is golden brown.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
