To Make Dip:
2- 10 oz. Cans white chicken drained (Or a roasting chicken - white meat chopped)
2- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
3/4 Cup Hot Sauce (or less if you do not prefer it as hot)
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Package of wonton wrappers
Chopped green onion (optional)

To Make Dip
Heat chicken and hot sauce in skillet till heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing and cook until well blended. Mix in cheddar cheese until melted. Cook until bubbly.

Wonton Cups
1 Package of wonton wrappers

Light spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray. Separate wonton wrappers and place into mini muffin tins. Place a tablespoon or a little more to fill cups. You can sprinkle the tops with cheddar cheese if you like extra cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until golden brown. You can add a sprinkle of green chopped onion if you like.
